Led by Gabrielle Grandell BSc, FMCHC CLT, the Functional Nutrition portion of the event will explore the powerful connection between nutrition, inflammation, gut health, and long-term bone vitality. Together, we’ll discuss practical tools to support stronger bones.
Brenda Briscoe McPherson will introduce innovative REMS technology, an advanced, radiation-free approach that provides a deeper assessment of bone quality and fragility beyond traditional bone density testing.
She will also share tips for physical activities that strengthen bone. Discover proactive, science-backed strategies to support strength, mobility, and longevity from the inside out.
